no working spa as shown on web site, myself being disable this is a important factor for me, I canceled my second night and went to a hotel with a working spa, at 150.00 night I want everything working

Interior, location, customer service, and breakfast! All great!!!
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any creamer in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get some. Other than that we loved our stay.

I liked most about it, the service was great, the staff attentive and the hotel felt very nice. The bed comfortable, the pillows great and I thought it was a secure location.
